As a college water polo player, Sarah battled body image issues and struggled to fuel her body for her sport. She spent years trying unsustainable diets and high intensity exercise programs in an effort to lose weight. After years of failed diets, gut and hormone issues, and stalled progress, she decided to learn as much as she could about health and became a strength + nutrition coach.
Sarah spent 10 years coaching high school, college, and Olympic athletes in strength and conditioning and sports nutrition before transitioning to online health coaching.
Sarah specializes in strength training, holistic nutrition, and body image. Her driving force is helping people learn to care for and love themselves with sane + sustainable health habits. She loves seeing her clients discover how strong and capable they truly are, and show up in their lives as their most powerful + present selves.
When she's not coaching, you can find Sarah lifting weights, playing with her puppy, or hiking with her husband.
