At LVLTN, our goal is too educate you on proper nutrition for your individual body, lifestyle and goals.

These meal plans should be used as a TOOL, not as a “you must follow this or else” guide.

The truth is, a meal plan is only going to get you so far. While we want you to have a clear picture on what it looks like to eat a high protein + fiber diet, you ALSO need to ensure you incorporate flexibility into your plan.

Most of our clients at LVLTN do not follow a specific meal plan. Most of them eat a wide variety of foods they enjoy, and most of them eat different things on a daily basis.

So use this to get started. Use this for ideas. Ensure your calories + macros are set optimally for you (see our other macro freebie!) and let’s get things rolling!
